Pre-cooked Rice. Is It A Safe Source Of Carbs ?

Hi there,

I was thinking about buying some pre-cooked (I think in English it's called Parboiled) rice. You put it on the microwave for 1 minute and it's done.

Do you think this is a safe as normal white rice ?

Assuming :
- It doesn't have any nasty additives like PUFA
- Yes, I know it's starch :)
