Potato Soup, Did I Do It Right?

i just juiced 3 lbs of red potatoes. put the liquid in a pan and cooked for 20 minuets. scooped whatever sticky stuff formed and got about 1 1/2 oz of liquid. is that right? and am i getting equivalent to 1 1/2 qts of milk protein as Ray Peat says? 2 lbs of potatoes= 1 qt of milk protein
