Potato Protein Soup Overview/recipe

Hi. Where's the best overview of the potato protein soup? I.e. instructions, calculating protein from it, etc? Having a hard time sifting through threads here and want to find what Ray has said about it. Thanks.

Any kind of measurement of keto acids in foods I've seen never amounted to more than a few hundred micrograms per 100 g. Maybe it would be enough for other effects, but in terms of protein synthesis or ammonia removal it's just not anywhere near what would be required to make a difference

"Potato tuber tissue has been analyzed in which the main keto acid was glyoxylic reaching values of the order of 0.07 mmol per g. f. wt."​

That's about 5.2 mg/g fw. It doesn't seem right, it's a lot.
