I have juiced some potatoes, can anyone tell me is that the starch sitting on the bottom

Yes. The starch should be very easy to spot as it's very thick and white, but you might test leaving it for 5min, 1hr, 3hrs in the fridge to see the difference how much settles to the bottom.

Generally, the starch settles to the bottom with a thinner layer up top.

thankyou, it was sitting for 10 minutes when I took the photo, off to the fridge before pouring it off
