Potato Juice Question

I juice potatoes for protein at times and cook them in a pressure cooker for about 1 hour.

What I get is
1) greyish, jelly like particles
and
2) a liquid.

Is the protein component in the particles only?

Or do I have to consume the liquid portion as well to get the full benefit?

Consume it all.

you can add tomato paste and some bone broth and make a soup

not sure you need to pressure cook for 1 hour! I just boil mine for around 20 mins

I don't want to consume it all if there is no protein in the liquid portion.
Are you saying the protein is in the liquid as well?

Peat has stated to cook it at least 40 minutes. The pressure cooker is just fine for that, tho I could just give it 15

From what I understand from peat’s comments, the liquid contains keto acids which combine with ammonia in the body to create amino acids. So I think have all of it inc the liquid. There is no solid “protein” element as such - so don’t assume the solid part is the protein!
