Potassium Co-factors?

Does anyone know what may be important cofactors for the absorption of potassium into the cells(except magnesium)

Having enough sodium in diet is imprtant.

and of course insulin is big factor for it to go inside cells.

THINGS THAT DEPLETE POTASSIUM:
- b1 thiamine
- b3
- lithium
- diuretics like coffee/ alcohol
- sodium bicarbonate
- b12
- vitamin d supplements
- aspirin
- apple cider vinegar
- sugar
- calcium
- steroid use
- progesterone
- androsterone
- acetazolamide (depletes all electrolytes)


THINGS THAT INCREASE POTASSIUM:

- spironolactone
- vitamin A
- Taurine
- magnesium
- caffeine + Inosine ?? (haidut quote)
- quinine
- DHEA (need to verify this)
