Pot Holes And Headaches

I have been doing alot of deliveries in city area on a scooter seems with a helmet and all the non stop pot holes just recently I been getting more headaches.... been doing my best to slow down and it helps.. dont really the any asprin do you guys think it would be beneficial.... headaches only come after working long been trying to stay hydrated cuz people have said that is important for headaches..

I'd say it's a mechanical, ergonomic issue that is compressing the cervical spine. Scotter ergonomics can be hard for people with shorter arms, as you may have to lean forward, this extending your neck muscle to keep your eyes level. Probably more tension in the shoulders compressing nerves. Buy a good tens unit for a massage and you will love it.
