If I recall it was probably around 500 mg a day with choline. The aniracetam is fat soluble so less is needed than piracetam.

Really felt like I had a more clear awareness of reality (lower serotonin probably) even at that low concentrations. Sadly it made me pretty anxious often, which I am prone to, so I stopped using it.

I think you mean Complex IV.Indeed.
B1 & Magnesium for PDH, Niacinamide for NAD+ (ETC Complex I), B2 for FAD (ETC Complex II), CoQ10 (ETC Complex III) and Magnesium (ETC Complex V).
I think complex IV is copper-dependent cytochrome c oxidase, while magnesium is involved in complex V. (ATP -> Mg-ATP)I think you mean Complex IV.
