It wasn't dry eyes, it was dry eye lids. If I even brushed them lightly they would hurt and burn for a while after.

Still a problem now after months.

I wasn't sure if b1 was doing it so I stopped, it got better, I took 100mg more it got worse.

Samesies with some other sensitive skin.

So I checked my notes. I was taking 300-400mg for a month or so. Side effects were feeling hot. My blood thiamine levels went from, after taking it for a month at 100-200mg per day, 125 (75-185) and then after taking 300-400mg a day for a month or so, to 175.

I sarted feeling hot, hungry and additionally uncomfortable.

Weird eyelid sensitivity!

Has anyone taken Dr Clark B1 and if so is it just powder inside a gelatin capsule? Or is it a solid pill that you can cut in half?

I have seen many reports of people, who get pretty significant side effects with TTFD, but not with thiamine HCL. I currently do a gram of B1 HCL twice a day.
how was your metabolism when you started taking it? Was it pretty compromised or you were rather healthy/functional?

no nose congestion from thiamine?
