Hi. Considering that the stress response lowers (and in some cases halts) digestive processes, how long should one wait before resuming eating? Other than simple sugar(s) and starch (typically a no-no food, but good persorption), it seems to me like food intake in stress/post-stress state is more detrimental than useful. Thanks in advance!
