Post covid nausea

Hello to those who have had covid and had ongoing nausea- any tips on resolving this? A bit of belching too!!

Have you had mint tea for the nausea and found the belching was worse after it?

You could try a small dose of sodium bicarbonate, 500mg and see if that improves the issues, if it improves it you should see an instant or 10-15 minutes effect mainly on belching.
You can try the same dose the next day, I would not go with big doses knowing you had covid.

Hi @Gustav3Y just wanted to say thanks. Sorry I didn’t respond sooner. The baking soda is a fair regular in my kit anyway .. a few weeks later the symptoms have stopped. But baking soda maybe helped? Anyway- thanks.
