Possible testicular torsion

I think I might have right testicular torsion. Has anyone experienced this and fixed it without surgery? I will be getting an ultrasound soon to confirm.

You can also try elevating the scrotum with a jock strap or compression shorts (bike shorts) to take pressure off the area. Icing the area may also help.

Thank you, one guy said the ultrasound resolved it. Hopefully, I find something that works.
