It just fell off.

I can’t see anyone until tomorrow.

Are there any recommendations to put on or around the area?

What about tonight? Can’t seem them until tomorrow.

I'd go with haidut's suggestion of gargling with a methylene blue solution (10g per quart of water) and/or xylitol solution, as frequently as I'd like but without swallowing the gargle in the end.

I used to have porcelain crowns falling off and could keep the "exposed" tooth pain-free (and clean) this way.

Apply clove oil on the teeth. Just clove oil, but not eugenol, even though eugenol comes from clove oil.
