Yes ecological paper, and I even get ecological vegetarian plastic bags at my health food store. Not strong but...
At least an advantage to be surrounded by german ecologists...
it makes the balance with some spanish still spraying DDT on the bananas plantations!

I have found a odourless plastic bag with a good size to put on my ears, 30 seconds and 0 cents.
Does not even smell goat cheese!

I dont understand how breathing theough two bottles will increase co2... so you breath in and out through the mouth and the small opening only lets a little bit in?

I am interested as to why people don't use buteyko breathing exercises instead to increase CO2 levels? Why the use of a device of some kind instead of this approach?

I assumed it was about saving time and making it easier.
So you could get on with doing something else at the same time, or take less effort to maintain it, and the re-breathing etc would take care of itself?

Yes I did. I got a slight relaxing effect each time I did it. It wasn't significant enough for me to continue it regularly as part of my regimen. When I need CO2 I still just use a paper bag.
