I used Cronometer and realized I’m eating much less than I thought. Calories not enough. Nutrients could be better.
Zinc and copper could be better and I think I need a lot of it cause it’s always low in blood tests.
I’d love to get a lot over liquids to be honest, but I can’t tolerate orange juice.

i have no idea how people get 2500-3500 calories in a day. They have to be eating all the time.
