Pls help me with my diet!

I used Cronometer and realized I’m eating much less than I thought. Calories not enough. Nutrients could be better.

Zinc and copper could be better and I think I need a lot of it cause it’s always low in blood tests.

I’d love to get a lot over liquids to be honest, but I can’t tolerate orange juice.

i like mashed stuff
i have no idea how people get 2500-3500 calories in a day. They have to be eating all the time.

I drink a gallon of 1% milk, a bunch of fruit, 4oz if meat and 8 oysters every day. I also take b1 and b3 as supplements.

A gallon of milk. That's just mind-boggling to me. Do you crave it that much? Do you drink it cold? Do you have no problems digesting it? (I'm speaking as someone who really enjoys milk, but doesn't really crave it a great deal, and who doesn't seem to digest it well either - but WISHES he was able to drink at least 1L per day).

Yeah i make chocolate milk, i use it in my coffee and sometimes i drink it straight. Ive loved chocolate milk since i was a child, and now im 24 still watching cartoons and drinking chocolate milk all day haha.
@Hans has been a huge help for me for learning, and his strategies actually work and hes very realistic. Take it with a grain of salt, but these videos will be helpful to answer your questions as well

if i was in your position I would add potatoes, rice, and possibly soaked oatmeal because you really need more carbs and if OJ doesn't work for you well cooked starch may be a good option. how does starch affect your digestion ? also what are your current health goals

i just don’t like potatoes. Never did. I could eat rice.
i don’t know how starch affects my digestion my digestion is bad in general. Always was bad. Slow. Maybe I should use hcl betaine.

Health goals = cure my seborrhoic eczema and dermatitis (maybe with getting much more zinc and copper, orange juice makes those symptoms extremely flare up, peanut butter too and almost everything , but those two are special)

i want to gain some weight and my Ad(sometimes H)D is annoying.

I like to drink café con leche and a lot of sugar around 300 calories for it it the am along with a breakfast sandwich of buttered sourdough bread 2 hearty slices a fried egg two ham or turkey slices and cheddar cheese and a bowl of tropical fruit usually pineapple on the side and when o have food bacon o add a slice or two to the sandwich. Bread 300kcal butter 100 kcal ham 100kcal bacon 100 kcal egg 70-90 kcal depending on size and how much oil or butter I used to cook it. Pineapple with sugar 150 kcal plus 300kcsl sugary milky coffee. Easy 1000 calorie meal

Nah, like a quarter of it is with coffee, then the rest is chocolate milk. Chocolate milk is awesome lol
i've been trying to get up to a gallon of milk to put on weight but I always chicken out after 2 quarts. something about drinking a gallon of milk just feels weird, and i'm always worried about getting too much protein

Yeah i mean maybe its not for everyone, but for me it makes my diet super simple and easy. Check out a typical day for me all for about $10

how much do you weigh? did you notice any muscle mass increase from a gallon of milk or not much. Its a common body builder diet

Not sure how much i weigh, but in 1.5 months my squat when from 130 lbs-225 lbs, deadlift from 150-275, bench from 110-200, all with 5 reps, for 3 sets. I feel strong as hell, my mood is awesome, cute animal pictures give me insane amounts of dopamine, i can finally last long enough to make my girlfriend cum, i notice babes checking me out in the gym, i feel very empathetic and care a ton more about peoples feelings recently, my small bald spot up front statted growing back in (blonde for some reason, im a red head lol), and i catch myself playing with my pet cat for hours, i feel like his father lol. The only downside since ive been going thru all of these changes, is that i find it impossible to get out of bed in the morning. I dont feel tired or depressed, i just always feel so warm and cozy in bed when i wake up, that i lay there for like 30 minutes every day just day dreaming. I hate being the "try this diet, i feel amazing!" guy, but dude 😂
