Please recommend good GI/microbiome test

I just started working with a naturopath who thinks I might have an infection. He offered me the Biohealth GI test #401. I don't mind taking it except I think it pretty much mimics the stool test I took in June through my regular healthcare provider. It checked for Giardia, Campylobacter, Shigella, E.Coli, etc, plus "ova and parasites" -- all negative. I'm looking for something *really* comprehensive that might pick up something the other tests have missed.

Anyone know a really good one?
