(PICS) Red Dots All Over Scalp/head

Had this for many years and seems to be the cause of my hair issues, any ideas on how to tackle this?

some sort of food intolerance or gut stress is my guess. I remember hearing a case of a guy who had acne on the lower portion on the back of scalp (under the hair) and it went away after he found out he was allergic to soy and cut it out. it could also be that the shaving technique/product you are using.
