totally just fishing for help/conversation
Roast me if you like :)

Wakeup around sunrise, drinks a cup or so of no pulp oj
Niacinamide, pregnenolone, now playing with cynomel

Between 4 and 6 tbsps ground coffee, maybe a tbsp coconut oil, snack on raw honey alongside.
Beyond that, my meals are any combo of egg yolks, parmesan, milk, homemade jello, chicken livers, chicken breast, oysters.

Ill drink spirits but not beer , to avoid the yeast, don't smoke anything anymore.

Biggest challenge seems to be keeping sugar up and digesting enough protein, without starch.

Recommendations ? Would like to gain weight.

i feel like I wouldnt be able to get enough calories with this diet. Thats why i have to incorporate starches into mine.

I'm 24, and have felt considerably better ever since I came back to sugar with peat, post carnivore and low carb for years before hand. I imagine I just have off the charts pufa from supplementing fish oil and a high pufa animal fat diet, so my stress response I imagine is closer to that of a 50 year old...
I seem to get plenty of calories, I never hold back on sugar, I'll easily eat 8oz of honey some days, along with other sugars etc.
