Is there any literature as to the bromine content in organic apples? Organic apples aren't supposed to be treated with bromine, but I am suspicious because I notice eating even too many organic apples makes me feel off, not right...

Maybe it's the whole 'pectin' thing Ray talks about. Might be disturbing your gut in a subtle way, which would make you feel off. Personally, I love fruits that contain pectins, apples, peaches, etc., so it disturbs my mind that they wouldn't necessarily be good for me, according to RP. We would hope that what ever organic sprays they use to grow their apples are safe, but I don't know of any that contain bromine, doesn't mean there isn't any.Is there any literature as to the bromine content in organic apples?
