Perhaps fructose malabsoprtion?
Last night i had big craving for OJ as i usually do and had around 2 liters. This cause constant farts for a around 4 hours. This jas happened before but i thought it was whatever since farting kinda feels great. In all seriousness this is an issue because i know it is very abnormal. I do interminent fasting and exercise 2 hours after a big meal. I then keep on eating for 3 or 4 more hours after my exercise.
Anyway this sucks! I love fruit juices but i think it can very well be malabsoprtion since it isnt really bloating or pain just constant farts.
So...tonight i ate goat milk, some cow milk, meat and fish with butter. I went more than twice the fat intake i usually eat while eating the same amount of calories. Only had a cup of grape juice. Ate glucose candies too. I had a like a messy 40/30/30 macro ratio. I got less than half the farts that i usually do whilst drinking juices. Awesome. But...
I havent pooped! Even after smoking a few cigarettes which usually helps a lot. I have read about this that higher fat intake can slow you down...
In conclusion i have had way less farts and higher temps!..
but i havent gone to poop yet tonight.
Thoughts on this higher fat intake less fructose solution? Also has anyone similar been able to tolerate diary but not fructose?
