Anyone know if Ray recommended something to use as a safe mouthwash? Most commercial ones contain fluoride so I don't want to buy them. I brush twice a day, but still like to use a mouthwash.

I threw out my Listerine 2 years ago after my gums improved along with my overall health.
My mouthwash is baking soda in water. (RP recommended)

Second @sele with the baking soda. Can also dip your brush in coconut oil, once soda is already on the brush, if you wanted extra antimicrobial properties. Swish it around your mouth for several minutes before spitting out.

For anyone interested, calcium lactate is a water soluble type of calcium , unlike carbonate which is not water soluble
