Hello friends , i wanted to ask you how do you make your peatish lifestyle and diet more easy and practical , what are the small things you do that make a big change for achieving a better metabolism and a healthier body and mind?

for example :a small trick is adding horseradish to my carrot salad, sometimes when the vinegar is not enough the horseradish levels up the salad and gives a kick against endotoxin.

ox tails can be hard to find especially if all you have around is normal grocery stores, but dont worry shoulder cuts can be very good sources of glycine too and can be found almost everywhere.

so go ahead and tell me your personal tips and tricks that made it easier for you to follow a peaty lifestyle!

I don't find it difficult to follow a Peat lifestyle at all, if I'm honest. The biggest obstacle I think most will face is the scrutiny of their peers as they consume copious amounts of sugar while their friends watch in amazement and marvel how they could be so lean eating so many "fattening foods". With regards to that problem, I recommend just ignoring people like that. It's amazing how passionate people can be about what they eat on a daily basis.

It seems like if you have a lot of your food items set, it makes sense to have a copious supply of those items around. For example, I'm always making jello from grass fed Gelatin and constantly have different flavored Jello to eat. If keeping blood sugar elevated is a priority it's good to have fruit or juice around to snack on. In the refrigerator at work I have applesauce and even a few sodas. Other go to snack items might include cottage cheese or mozzarella sticks. I also keep a tub of Casein protein around to mix with milk. Obtaining things like coffee while out and about is comparatively easy.

If one is always considering context, however, and your environment is comprised mostly of counterproductive food items and people, none of this will necessarily be easy. An example might include dining out virtually anywhere with friends or traveling on vacation.
