Reviving an oldish post here....

Three things I CANNOT live without: thyroid meds, OJ, Progest-E and salt...okay, so that was four.

Oh and coffee with milk and honey.

Eating sugar/sweet things often. Thyroid. Avoiding gluten.

I really need to try out red light, just can't imagine how I can fit lying around naked into my day.

Bump.
For me, maintaining blood sugar is big time. Appropriate macros is super important too. Easily digested foods. More salt/less liquids. No fap is gold (sorry, but it needs to be said).

For me, low fat milk. Rice and meats are ok for me, but fruits and veg; no joy.
