For me, veggies cooked in coko oil are heavenly. I basically have that on the daily now. Dropping veggies when discovering peat was one of my biggest mistakes.
Digestion. Water weight. Stabilizes blood sugar through the night (i suppose thats the fat), all the potassium. It tastes amazing if prepared well. It does not fatigue me but seems to provide a constant energy flow.
