I saw this on a cooking show the other day... I want to try it as a side dish but I’m wondering if could work as a gut cleaner.
Maple Syrup Slaw:
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
4 cups shredded carrots
Mix all the ingredient together and let sit for 30 min to overnight.
