RP has mentioned in KMUD interview that 10 mg of B6 is far beyond people's daily requirement. He recommended one should start with 10 mg for therapeutic use...I occasionally use 2-5 mg of regular B6 and i get head ache from 10 mg.

This was a 2014 comment by Mittr.

An update:

I am now intaking 72g of gelatin virtually every day with almost no problems now. I wonder if it was my body adjusting the microbiome in my gut to handle digesting it?

I continue to do well on it. It is the only form of protein that truly energizes me. RP is definitely right on gelatin, I stand by my initial statement. I do eat lots of other protein sources too but always make sure the jello is on hand so I can eat it alongside it.
