Peanut Butter Without Oil

If you take a peanut butter jar where there oil is separated at the top and dump all of it out, would you be left with no to very low fat peanut butter?

Certainly less pufa. Does it make a difference though? How much peanut butter do you eat? Is peanut overall beneficial to you?

would be lower fat, could even use peanut butter powder which is a product thats almost completely defatted. Very common in grocery stores these days.
