In this thread, please share your experiences with pau d'arco supplements -- teas, powders, raw tree bark, whatever. Which supplements worked for you? Which ones didn't? What effects did you observe?

I've been drinking Traditional Medicinals' pau d'arco tea on and off for several months. It sometimes gives me signs of increased CO2: relaxed breathing, clearing out phlegm if I'm congested, etc. More often, I don't see any effects.

OT: I like IdeaLabs' Lapodin a lot (it helps with my endotoxin symptoms), but it has emodin as well as beta lapachone.

I have been taking this in small quantities as a tincture to keep Lyme disease suppressed. It seems to have worked for myself in many others.

I went through a laser program for Lyme disease. I purchase three tinctures can take them three times a week for maintenance against chronic Lyme disease. I purchased them from Wholly Liquids, and Paul De Arco product is called Canalase. It is excellent for Candida as well.
