Africa WHO says the tests used in Tanzania were not contaminated though. Africa CDC says they are the same tests used internationally.

And Youtube foaming at the mouth censoring all the contrarian content.

Quite easily. A viral swab looks much like a long q-tip. You are pushing it through a nostril to the back near where it joins the throat. The material on the swab is pretty much invisible to the eye so you could swab anything and the lab would run it. Adding a form with a patient identifier on it would mean they'll run it. I'm assuming they did this.
