For Pansterone is 4 drops 3x a week fine?
Where should I put them? Wrists/testicles?

Also after putting it on your skin do you rub it in with your bare finger? Or do I need to use a glove?

Some people got no noticeable effect from Pansterone on the wrists, but using it on the testicles I can vouch for
