I bought a new bottle of this because I want to use Androsterone, and can't really use it alone, as it would drive my estrogen too low. The thing is, as I mentioned above, Pan is the likely cause of my reduced erect size since I started peating, and really have to avoid this this time again. I never remember taking super high dosages.
I also hope in the presence of Andro, it won't happen.
I've used Pan along for about a year, on and off.
I've used Pan + Andro for a few weeks, a few months ago.
What would cause the shrinkage?

Because I started using hormones. I never used hormones or steroids before.
T3, T4, Preg + DHEA (aka Pansterone), Androsterone.

All I know is before peating, I had a certain size when my erection was at the maximum.
During my 1.5 years of peating, I've often had low libido and periods of no morning wood.
At some point, I noticed I could very rarely get a 100% erection as I did before. And when I did, my erect size has reduced by about 0.5cm.
It is also possible that I am not fully erect, and if I were to be fully erect, I'd be back at my old size.

Have had a somewhat similar experience. I never really had libido problems before despite not being in the best of health. I mess it up all the time experimenting with things (even in small doses). Can be frustrating, you would think low doses of hormones would help. I have also realized if you have gut issues, supplements generally will not work (unless they are addressing the gut)

Working on the gut is no fun.
what were your levels of DHEA-s before hand? Were you guys chronically low in DHEA or were you guys just taking it to see what would happen?

Have you tried metergoline or something along those lines to increase dopamine as that can help with libido for sure. And should help with refractory period also.

Would you mind sharing the bags of preg. and dhea powder you have had success with? I am interested in trying this approach and will need to find a source in Canada, or at least that ships to Canada.

Awesome thank you. Have you experimented with powder/liquid cholesterol? I am inclined to perhaps first try the combination of T3 (if I can find some) + cholesterol, to see if this can produce a perceivable androgenic enhancement (libido, training intensity/recovery, etc.)

A pair of interesting study and a commentary in the highly respected Journals of Gerontology. Namely, higher cholesterol intake is associated with much higher lean muscle mass accrual as a result of weight lifting. Interestingly, higher protein intake was not. Even more interestingly, and much to the chagrin of the medical industry, the increased dietary cholesterol did NOT increase biomarkers of CVD. While the study that found this association did not provide an explanation of the mechanism, the commentary in the same journal did. Namely, dietary saturated fat increases androgens - both by stimulating sterodogenic enzymes (as I have discussed in other posts) and by increasing cholesterol levels. In contrast, PUFA (and to a lesser degree MUFA) decrease synthesis and subsequently blood levels of androgen such as T, DHT, DHEA, androstenedione, etc and even of some of their precursors such as pregnenolone. Famous US bodybuilder Vince Gironda, whose career began before AAS were widely available, often said something along the lines of "consuming 2-3 dozens of eggs daily has the same effects as AAS". Considering that amounts to ingesting 5g-7g cholesterol daily, the "Iron Guru" was probably right on the money with his statement.

On a more sinister note, I do remember reading studies from the first half of the 20th century that suggested subjecting prostate cancer patients to a high-PUFA diet as a form of androgen deprivation therapy. Those studies made it quite clear that eating PUFA was akin to the "chemical castration" to which men continue to be subjected even today as "treatment" for their prostate cancer. The commentary to the cholesterol article also mentions the testosterone-decimating effects of PUFA, which makes me think that this castration effect of PUFA is well known among the medical professionals. On that note, the last two studies in this post are quite relevant. One of the studies found that PUFA-rich oils widely used in the food supply have a potent DHT lowering effects. The other study found that even the relatively "benign" oleic acid (a MUFA) exhibits strong estrogenic and anti-androgenic effects on offspring when fed to the mother in HED doses of 10g-15g daily, which is quite in line with what most consumers of Western diets are exposed to on a daily basis.

In light of the recent studies showing men's T levels and sperm counts have plummeted over the last 2-3 decades maybe the infertility epidemic has a very easy explanation - deliberate chemical castration of men through their PUFA-loaded (even MUFA-loaded) food supply.

That would work based on the above info. Cholesterol or saturated fats.

Yes I have tried to source some in the past but unfortunately it is not available in my area, it was difficult enough to find unpasteurized dairy. I may resort to high intake of raw pastured egg yolks, and use raw marrow for sat. fat.
That would work based on the above info. Cholesterol or saturated fats.

Negative on trying t3 or cholesterol. My cholesterol is high already and so is my total test. So I don’t need cholesterol I would say. But I think I have sluggish thyroid which I am trying to improve. But I do want to increase my dht so I have been using andro and glycine. I have also tried pregnenolone which is the next step along I think from cholesterol. I have read that if you put pregnenolone liquid (stressnon for example) on your balls it should mostly go the androgen route of things as they produce the testosterone mostly there. So having tried it with k2 I agree. Just got to keep the estrogen down in check.

I have some thorne D3/K2 liquid, not sure if that would be beneficial scrotally though.

Andro by itself is good but adding pregnenolone to it is way better. It made me feel better mood wise and libido wise. Also it made me feel like my muscles are bigger, thought not sure if I am dreaming on that side of things haha Andro defs leans the body down and makes you look harder. Also hair is growing quicker etc as well. More
Drive at gym and stronger. But I am very hungry but that’s not a bad thing. Just got to keep feeding.
I would say if you keep your estrogen down, your androgens should go up. Also getting the metabolism going, ie thyroid pumping. Along as you have enough cholesterol you should increase androgens

I get little to no effects from oral administration of dopamine agonists (Lisuride, Diamant), but I do get a libido boost from Diamant applied topically.
Lately, B1 and Magnesium Carbonate have increased my libido and erections to a good level.

Interesting. I don’t find a lot from diamant but I do from metergoline topical or sublingual.
I wonder how magnesium and b1 increase it

Mine have been 220-270 (which is a little low) and total test has ranged from 440-720. I was taking it to help with overall health and recovery from being in poor health. I think it's important to have nutrition/gut/liver health in a good place before messing with hormones (which is now obvious to me..)

yeah, obviously. If I were you I would also have checked your progesterone levels. This is because the pregnenolone can convert to progesterone too much and not let it to convert to DHEA in certain cases. Therefore you get erection problems and a whole host of other symptoms from high progesterone. You may have also needed to increase thyroid production to a close to optimal state in order for you to convert properly and feel better.
