Pansterone, Androsterone & Cyproheptadine Cycling

I've started taking low doses of Pansterone, Androsterone & Cyproheptadine daily. One drop of each on the skin (1mg andro/pan 0.5mg Cypro). It's really helping to raise and stabilize my mood. I feel that I have more resolve and less anxiety which is extremely welcome.

That being said, I wanted to know if I should make sure to have 'off' periods, rather than staying on them permanently? I feel that I've read this about cyproheptadine, but I can't find anything conclusive.

If you read through the main threads on both Pansterone and androsterone, some off periods are recommended for both.
