Normally, I have pale skin. But when I take probiotics or sometimes, my skin is more pale.

Is it because histamine? High histamine = pale skin?

Bacterian doesn't necessarily increase histamine. It can increase it or decrease it depending on the source.

I think you are on to something, I am also pale, but get even more pale when I eat alot of Greek yogurt. I thought it was just in my head. Hmmm...
