I have very painful edema in my hands and feet. I Also have painful bladder and belly pain. The pain in my belly is like my muscles are cramping up. I can’t ever sleep in the fetal position because my muscles seem to shorten and cramp when I straighten up. If that pain goes down then my hands and feet swell and feel heavy and ache. What is going on? I have tried magnesium, sodium and potassium. Sodium seems to make it worse. But labs show all three are in the bottom range. This is making my life a living hell. I am 33 and have Hashimoto’s but all my labs for thyroid look good. Could this be a good allergy? I am lost.
