I started eating 2 oysters everyday, but I think I might need some more copper generally.
What amount of daily liver would be good for this?
100 liver per week divided by 7 so I can eat a tiny bite everyday ? Or could that be too much when I get around 20-25 mg zinc per day?
Would be about 2 mg copper from liver alone daily. + the copper from oysters.
