Out of Canola Oil & mustard oil , which one is the lesser evil ?

Hard time finding a cheap alternative to Pufa in Pakistan. I tried finding palm oil but its rarely imported now . Coconut oil & ghee i used\ generously but they are too expensive for my family to use in cooking curries. Olive oil apparently too heavy. Any solutions ? I have a few bottles of lard , but because they smell so strongly of goat , my family uses them as a last resort sigh. Anyways , right now , is Mustard oil better than simple canola for damage control?

What do you mean olive oil is too heavy? Do you mean taste-wise? There's light olive oil that is mostly tasteless.
