out of all these supplements, which are best for mitochondria ?? these are the most common being sold by supplement companies .
how does methylene blue compare to coq10 for example ??

Can you post this in a separate thread? This is a very general question that does not have much to do with Oxidal. I also suggest you search Ray Peat's site for these substances as he discusses most of them with the exception of PQQ and ALA.
