Other Things That Act Like Antihistamines

I find that I can't stop sneezing and mucous come out of my noise. I think i have very high histamine levels. Im on singular and ceritzine but I was wondering any other substances that can do the same thing. I know food and red light can to a degree but what about other drugs not antipsyotics or ssri. Ideas of supplements maybe?
