just regular old stearic acid aka the powdered form? if so thats really helpful, its quite hard to disolve (and stay that way) in just about anything

No, I have the flakes. But if both are stearic acid, then it should work the same. It really is awesome! I just cook some vegetables and some lean pork with some water and cook potatoes separately for an hour or so, and then blend both together.
