1) Is there a possibility that milk has organophosphate residues?

2) What are all the things that will help to reduce cholinergic transmission? I know of five so far:

-cigarettes: don't want to start smoking again
-antihistamines: don't want to take Benadryl indefinitely
-niacinamide: helps a lot but requires a truly massive amount of sugar to sustain (7-8 cups of OJ for a dose that lasts 4-5 hours)
-CO2/high altitude: can't move to the mountains, and breathing exercises only work while I'm doing them
-environmental enrichment: this is probably something I can focus on, but what does it actually mean? Just moving around all day so your surroundings are constantly changing?

I don't really feel trapped like I'm in learned helplessness, but I have all the features of the shock metabolism/acetylcholine excess, so I guess there's a disconnect between my mind and my body.

I think Mark Purdy was researching this. Better be careful.
