Hi All,

Just thought I'd share a find I made today of organic OJ that is not from concentrate and they don't use flavor packs.

Yay!

It's called Uncle Matt's Organic and here's a link.

http://unclematts.com/

They have a store locator and also, here's a link to a product request form they have which you can bring to your local grocer/co-op or whatever.

I cannot vouch for this as I've not tried it yet - but I'm going to see if I can get some to try. :)

Thank you 4peatssake, I've been meaning to look for a good OJ option aside from fresh-squeezed. Fortunately this brand is available in my area.

I live in FL right now and almost exclusively drink Uncle Matt's when I don't have oranges to squeeze. It's cheap here as it's local. I like it a lot but still can't touch fresh squeezed. It's flash pasteurized so still has good flavor.

I live in socal and just buy the trader joe's brand unpasturized 1/2gal for $5.50, for when I don't have time to squeeze. Uncle Matt's is more like 7$ here.

After contacting a bunch of OJ manufacturers, I've decided to just buy whichever organic OJ is the cheapest, they turn out to be pretty similar on flavor packs and enzymes:

Although if money were no object, I suspect Uncle Matt's and Indian River are less likely to be doing something *else* sneaky in their production process...
