Organic OJ Concentrate Or Non-Organic Pure OJ

I can afford organic pure OJ most of the time but sometimes my budget is stretched a little thin, so I’m wondering what would be the better choice in that situation: organic orange juice from concentrate or non-organic pure orange juice.
The dilemma is that the former could pontentially have fluoride and possibly other chemicals as well whereas the latter could potentially have pesticides.
