Dear all,

I am interested in cultivating the optimal diet from natural and non synthetic or supplemental resources: eg. Rather than eating gelatin powder or glycine supplement, consume the less popular cuts of the animal.

The idea is basically to simplify the diet and to not rely on buying lots of different hormones and supplements.

I have gathered from peating that the optimal diet would be one where you eat entire organic ruminant pasture fed animals like cows or sheep and tropical fruits juice.

Things like aspirin I wonder if one could get enough just from consuming lots of fruit juice. Hormones could come in abundance by eating the correct animal sex and all their hormonal organs (male uncastrated ruminants for men and females for women).

What about coffee, is it still necessary if one eats the entire animal?

What is the simplest diet and considerations to make?

Dairy, eggs and fruit. Bone broth/gelatinous meats. Periodic organ meats. That covers most nutrient needs. Nutritional yeast is a good B vitamin source that's still more food than supplement.
