What do you think is an optimal relative air humidity? In my apartment, the humidity is usually between 60 % and 80 %. I'm worried about mold, and, therefore, bought a dehumidifier.
Do you have any experience with higher/lower air humidities? Are there any sources where Ray talks about it?
Recently, I bought an air purifier/ionizer, which completely stopped my hay fever at night. This made me interested in achieving optimal air quality.
