Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate compared to Pyridoxine 5'-phosphate?
So far I understand Pyridoxine HCL is not really wanted, which ironically is pushed in any supplement all doctors recommend, nor they could care less, especially I have seen neurologists I have been to, never heard of possible B6 complications or that Pyridoxine HCL supplementation could even cause any issue, and they look extremely bothered to even be asked or talked about something like that.
I have as powder Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, what are some opinion on it.
