Onions And Acne

Hello all,

Why do onions make me break out in acne. Also sometimes gives me headache but always acne. As I am cutting them I get severe eye pain. Do they increase a particular hormone.

I am really annoyed because my acne was just about gone.

Okay. I read that onions increase testosterone by alot, so I am guessing my dht converted to estrogen. I am figuring then I must use a dht inhibitor until I get my estrogen down, then focus on dht later. I think I have high testosterone and estrogen.

Did u eat them raw or cooked?

cooked. But just cutting them I get headaches and sometimes acne.
