This is how I understand it: Prions are proteins that can become misfolded. Those misfolded proteins are inflammatory. The "prion hypothesis" and many of the assumptions concerning the diseases that are supposedly caused by "infectious prions" have not been proven.

Respectfully, I do not think this is worth mentioning. Out of 18,000 people, 2 died and 8 had adverse events. That's just background death rates, no connection--I think mentioning actually makes the anti-vax case weaker.

What should be assumed is that if the trials did have adverse events, they would be scrubbed from the data. There's no reason Pfizer would be showing us real data. So you can disregard their data entirely. It's just noise.

Our reasons for avoiding the vaccine are simple:
