I spoke with Dr. James Fadiman, author of The Psychedelic Explorer's Guide, regarding concerns over LSD activity on the HT2B receptor ( associated with cardiac fibrosis ).

No one knows but it is unlikely as even people who use LSD long term still are using so little and not so often as to make much difference, and it attaches to a sub-division of the HT2B receptor but does not stay long and leaves the body within a few hours at most.
