Some studies suggest that linoleic acid is inversely associated with mortality and heart disease, Perhaps PUFA becomes deadly when in a pure form but is harmless when packaged with nutrients and antioxidants?

Apparently nuts are associated with reduced heart disease mortality. More evidence that vegetable oils are poison but not high Omega-6 foods in their natural forms?
